I developed my Foundations of Hormone Balance (FHB) Method to guide you through step-by-step changes; helping you to slow down, maintain accountability, and achieve effective, long-lasting results.

With this program, you also can work through guidance at your own pace, so if a crazy week hits you can have the goal of maintenance. And when you're ready to move on to the next step - you can! 

 

The FHB program provides weekly accountability and Q&A sessions with me so you get all your questions answered and we can work through any obstacles that come up along the way!

 

Every individual is unique and your path toward healing is too! Weekly check-in meetings allow me time to answer questions and obstacles that come up as you work through the program.​​ Working at your own pace and 100% virtual sessions make this program easy to fit into your schedule.

A Commitment From You​
Hormones take time to adjust and change, so I ask for you to be patient and kind to your body. Hopefully you are tired of the advertised "quick fix" trends and that's why you're here. This program is designed for women who want to learn, become empowered and confident in their health, and support long-lasting habits. For this reason, I ask that my clients commit to working together for a minimum of 6 months. Healing and forming new habits take time, so you will be most successful if you are patient and commit to the entire process.
