Receive your test kit in the mail within 7-10 days. Schedule a blood draw using the Draw Locator to find a lab near you, or contact your physician's office to ask for a lab draw for an outside nutrition test kit. Everything is included within the test kit except for the syringe for the draw.
Mail test kit with sample back to the lab in the prepaid medical mailing bag provided.
Results will be ready within 14 business days and I will provide your personalized video review and customized plan within 10 days of results, so please give me 24 days from the lab receiving your sample.
