5. Integrative Therapeutics - PanPlex 2 Phase Capsules

Digestive aids are a good thing for everyone to have on hand. Digestive aids can help if you have: occasional bloating and gas, feel full after eating only a small quantity of food, if you have infrequent mild indigestion/heartburn, bowel irregularities, see undigested food in stool, and definitely if you have had your gallbladder removed. 3. Devita Skincare Absolute Minerals - Foundation Powder

This foundation covers well in a loose powder that contains green tea powder, pomegranate extract and iron oxides. It is free of harmful chemical parabens, bismuth oxychloride, titanium dioxide, oils, talc, dye, and lead. Works great on my annoying combination skin (oily/dry). (Product Code D00332)

4. Aura Casia Essential Oils

My favorite oils to use are lavender, peppermint, orange, lemon, cinnamon, and frankincense.

Peppermint is great for headaches and energy. Lemon and orange are wonderful for mood boosters mid-day! There is nothing lavender can't do. It is used for pain, burns, cuts, sleep and relaxation. If you don't have an oil diffuser yet, or are looking for another one for a different room. I love this dry diffuser by Dr. Mercola (Product Code DM9118)
